Meet Michael Bohley
Michael Bohley is the founder and director of Bohley Advisory Services, LLC. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the asset based lending industry both as a field examiner and field exam manager. In addition to performing and managing exams, he has led a diverse group of team members covering multiple lines of business with one of the nation’s largest secured lenders.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Michael decided to take a different path after high school and enlisted in the US Army and served as a Stinger Gunner in an Air Defense Artillery unit. After his time on active duty, Michael also served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard while attending college.
Michael graduated summa cum laude from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA. After graduation, he worked for a public accounting firm and earned his CPA license. It was during this time that Michael was introduced to the asset based lending industry, and he never looked back!
Michael currently lives in the greater Pittsburgh area with his wife, four children and two dogs.

- In addition to exam responsibilities, Michael also actively managed team integrations resulting from some of largest mergers/consolidations in banking history with focus on exam training, policy and procedure compliance, and line of business continuity.
